Affordable On-Site Computer Repair

Guy was pretty friendly, but definitely a bad experience. I called and explained that I had a PC with everything installed except the GPU and power supply this being my (first build) for son and just wanted someone knowledgeable to plug it all in. He quoted $65. I dropped it off, and when I called after the agreed time, he said he had to remove the AIO pump because something was installed incorrectly. He then finished and told me the price was double because it was more work than expected—something he never mentioned beforehand. On top of that, the coolers fan ARGB lights he said I installed wrong but he “fixed” still don’t work, so the main reason for charging more wasn’t even fixed. Cable management was subpar as well. Communication is key, and this guy lacks it. And told me even 130 was too cheap should have been 250?!!! plugging in cables for a pc and securing power supply is all that was done!

Mr Lester was so cordial, patient and understanding and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing my daughter's laptop problem, he knew right away just by me describing what was going on with it, and that to me was outstanding he was professional and paid attention to detail and explained things to me in terms that I could understand, he is my go to person for all of me and my families computer needs and inquiries.
