Mr. Electric of Greensboro

I had a GFCI outlet go bad and I reached out on Angie’s list to find an electrician and Mr. ELECTRIC was the first to respond, within seconds. They were able to come out to my home about two hours after of my original call. Steve arrived and Diagnosed the issue and repaired it promptly. Additionally, he did a safety check on my entire home and found a couple of areas that needed attention. Great job by Steve and Mr. ELECTRIC. I would highly recommend them for speed of service, professionalism and fair prices.

The work itself was done very quickly and professionally. The electrician Kenny was great! However my issue is regarding the communications and payment. I was told on site by the electrician that it was fine to invoice the payment so that I may forward that payment to the accounting office for my business. The owner/accountant (David) has since then called my phone almost Everyday harassing me for payment and that apparently it should have never been invoiced. Nonetheless, I followed up with our accountant and have reassured him Multiple times that the payment will be made. I understand this is a business, but calling my phone Everyday to harass me on this payment that I was told was fine to be invoiced is highly unprofessional and we will likely not get services done from this vendor again.
