Update: We ordered a replacement screen and as you can see on this new screen, it comes from the factory with a sticker covering the camera opening in the screen. We are going to take off their screen and replace it with this new one, ensure to take off all of the protective coverings before installation. Will post another review with a video once we open the phone to prove that this sticker, (which should be removed from the new screen before installation in order for the camera to capture photos) is indeed still inside my husband phone. Hopefully we can get their adhesive off.🤞🏼 CELLULAR EXCHANGE - it would be really great if instead of excuses, you could tell us what adhesive you used and how best to remove it. Thank you.

We were really excited to use these guys to replace my husbands broken phone screen as all the reviews were great and the tec's seemed really knowledgeable. They asked us to prepay for the screen replacement which seemed odd, but we went ahead and trusted them in good faith. Bad decision on our part, as we received the phone back with the front camera lense covered up. The tech's denied that this was their fault and refused to correct their mistake or refund us the $323.88 we paid for this repair. They then advised us to just go to our phone supplier and get a new phone. As you can see from this photo, the camera is working fine and shows an image of some textured blackness which indicates that something is covering the lense. This really sucks because not only have we lost a lot of money but now there is a new problem that cannot be solved without replacing the screen again somewhere else.
