Furnace was not operating during this cold snap. Called DMC at 8:00am. Leslie was at my home by 9:45am, diagnosed the issue and repaired within 30 minutes! Great to have heat back on, exceptional service at a fair price! DMC will be my go to for any future heating or ac needs!
Les was great! He was responsive and was able to stop by within 48 hours of me reaching out. He was professional and educational. He took time to make sure things were working properly but also explained everything to me as a first time home owner it gave me peace of mind about my HVAC system and home humidifier. I know that if I ever have an issue again I will be calling DMC services!
Had my furnace serviced and Les was incredible! He was responsive to my initial call, easy to book an appointment with and was very thorough but efficient with the time too. Walked me through some other issues I was unaware of and fixed, and took the time to educate me along the way! Will definitely be using again as reliable, responsive and local experts are a rare find! Definitely recommend!
We had Les come out for a relatively small issue (clogged condensate pipe) and he showed up with all the tools and materials he needed to accurately diagnose and fix our issue in a way where it won't bother us again! While he explained what he was doing (and why) he also answered other HVAC questions I had regarding a variety of topics in a way that was both in depth and easy to understand. In all, one of the most productive and cost effective half hours I've ever spent with a contractor! We'll be calling him back the next time we have an issue!
