The owner Saif and the Staff helped me replace the battery and the back glass on my iPhone X, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I was originally only planning to buy the back glass, but they honestly recommended going with the full frame instead because it meets Apple quality standards. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. It never felt like a upsell—just genuine advice to make sure the repair was done right. The work quality was outstanding, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair. Definitely honest people and one of the best cell phone repair shops in the Kansas City Metro area. Highly recommended!
