Been going through them for YEARS with all the devices I’ve had. ( my family and I suck with phones. She is always so so sweet and always returns my phones, iPads and even laptops like they’re brand new!! I will never go else where as long as she is still there and the staff in the back who always does an amazing job!! ❤️ 1000/10 recommend!!

Took my iPhone here for a 3rd opinion. Got a quick and consistent diagnosis (charging port problem) on two separate occasions. Chris (the owner) determined it would need both charging port & battery replaced and charged me $75 for both. Anna and Chris provide quick service and are very knowledgeable. They explain exactly what the phone needs and why, and I feel they're not trying to upsell. I also received some important education on good charging hygiene for my phone. Usually if you bring your phone before 5 PM you can get the type of repair I had done the same day. My repair took a bit longer because it required both changing the charging...
