This place does things the right way. The old fashioned way, meaning thoroughly with integrity and efficiency. I waited for two vehicle appointments about an hour for each. I heard honest conversations from the counter, I saw hustle from every mechanic coming through the shop with a ticket and the owner and manager were getting dirty with the guys and they don’t skip corners. They offered a ride for a customer, the place was clean and busy. You can tell this place is led, not managed and led well. A rare quality in this world. I received valuable estimates and info on my cars, not “upsell” or “tactics.” Thanks for the service gentlemen. A great little spot in Raytown.
