Where im going for all future needs. I drove an hour and a half up there & a hour and a half back home specifically to take my ps5 to them. Stuck between a rock & a hard place & they got it in, got it fixed & where more then polite & professional the whole time. Been on the market for a pc & looking at what they have there along with the prices. I know where I’ll be going when I have the funds & a day off of work again.

Best service I have experienced. Needed a HDMI port repair on a PS5 and it was done in less than an hour and only cost $100. Very satisfied. I also had mailed in my PS5 to the store and it was made priority to get it fixed and mailed back very quickly.
I recently got scammed by a kid selling a Xbox series x off facebook marketplace for 300$ to come home to a no signal display. I thought i had no other choice but to repair it for the crazy prices every other shop is asking or to just take the loss. Luckily I called platinum repair! I shot them a message first and they called back in minutes. I drove 40 minutes to the shop next day to be quoted just 100$ to fix the hdmi port. Other shops were asking 150+ with inspection! Platinum repair said they would look at my system for free!, I was told by the guy up front that there was 3 other consoles he was working on first and he would give me a call when my system is repaired. I only went out for a few hours, haven’t even gone home yet and I got a call saying my system was fixed! Couldn’t be more happy, the 40 minute drive will be worth your time,would recommend this shop to anyone! Thanks -Meh
Had gotten a ps5 that just completely did not show on the tv. Did a tear down to find huge disappointment. Jumper wire is more advanced work but the rest… just wow. And the most mind blowing about letting it leave a shop like this is stamping your name on this work. I hope other customers are thr getting their consoles back like this. Do better.
