Cell Fix

I've come in a couple of times already with the same issue--my charge port being gunked up. Every time it's been the same deal: I wait about five minutes, they clean it, I pay my $20, and I'm on my way. I came in once again for the same thing. The guy cleans it, and when I'm ready to pay, he plugs it in and it doesn't charge. He checks to make sure his cable is plugged in--it is. He tests it with his own phone and it works. Then he hands it to me and says, "I just cleaned it." I said, "Cool, it charged last night," and he immediately responded, "How am I supposed to know that?" basically accusing me of lying. He didn't offer to fix anything and just sent me on my way. I will never come back. What a horrible place. I suggest literally anywhere else. Terrible experience--will not return.
