You don't usually get an HVAC team that is really good at what they do, AND has great customer service, AND is trustworthy, AND is reasonably priced. We've had Arthur and Jon come out several times over the years, and every single time it's been a great experience. And every single time they've managed to solve our problem.
I highly recommend Fire & Ice HVAC. Jon and Arthur are always pleasant to do business with. They are honest, prompt, explain what they are doing and leave the job site clean. I'm very pleased with the work that they have done for me.
I had a great customer service experience with Arthur. Although we did not end up using Fire & Ice's service because we are commercial instead of residential, Arthur was kind enough to give me pointers. He wasn't at all annoyed by my call even though he knew they wouldn't be able to provide service to us. When I called initially, I felt like a fish out of water, but after talking to Arthur, I have an idea of what I should be looking for in a commercial HVAC company. Thanks Arthur!
Jon was excellent. I had a bad experience with the prior hvac company (who did not fix my problem). I am nurse in my 30’s who has minimal experience in this field. He really advocated for me as a new home owner. Jon was on time, responsive to my emails/calls, professional, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my initial issue but he gave me great advice/recommendations for other home projects. Jon certainly seemed trustworthy and I’ve already passed along his name to my neighbors. I would definitely recommend!
