I wanna give a fair review. My experience sounds similar to some of the rest. The owner and his wife/gf were not the friendlest people I ever met. I got the sense I had REALLY offended her in the past by the way she looked at me. But I think the owner might have said Hi........CERTAINLY NOT particularly friendly as you walk thru the door. Small shop with similar prices you find on Google. Nothing really stood out. Not a huge selection.....no rare items you can't find somewhere else or online. And pretty small and claustrophobic. With 5 people in there you are rubbing shoulders with everyone in the store. So I'd have to agree with a review on the lower side. You keep hearing rude to customers.......that was DEFINITELY my experience......not outright blatantly rude but NOT AT ALL welcoming to customers. If you read thru the reviews you keep seeing that coming up. I used to drive Lyft in the area so when bored I'd stop by and check out their merchandise. That's Entertainment in Worcester Ma is a much nicer store. MUCH bigger they aisles and a HUGE selection of games and peripherals. And they at least say hi as you walk thru the door. Good prices too. Lots of old consoles etc......They are actually alot better than Game Underground too.......WAYYY bigger than BOTH stores combined.
