Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment. I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse. The hardwood floors are original and they’d already been sanded several times, so I thought they were beyond saving. Martin assured me there was still life left in them—and he was right. I had tenants in the home at the time, which made things tricky, but he worked in two phases to accommodate everyone. As a rental property owner, I’ve dealt with my fair share of contractors—some flake, some overcharge, some make empty promises—but Martin is a man of his word. The results are beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
