Original (2 star): Owner lacks adequate patience and tried to both withhold my product and my money upon a slight miscommunication regarding payment. I would have been fine with him holding onto my device till sufficient payment but holding both is extremely unprofessional and he only handed my money back after I fought back with him. Other than that, service is fine. Update (1 star): Since the owner has decided to blatantly lie about the interaction and about how I tried to take my device back without payment (no such thing had taken place and I only wanted my money back til I could come back with the full cash payment for the device), I su... My charging port was not working well it was very stressful. I went in thinking that I was going to have to replace it. The gentleman working at the desk professionally cleaned it out and didn’t even charge me. It was an easy fix. I appreciate it.
