My experience at Cascade Computers USA was extremely professional and straightforward. Customer service is great and my computer was finished on time with perfection. This is a dependable place to have your computer serviced. This now my go to computer repair shop to keep my business up and running.
I recently went to Antonio to get my computer fixed that had crashed on me at the last minute. I was able to drop in off on a Sunday evening, On Monday was fixed and ready for pick up. He was very patient with with helping me understand the problem my computer was having and what I needed to do moving forward. I would most definitely 100% recommend him. Antonio went above and BEYOND. He assisted me in not only changing my PC case but upgrading the parts within it. I’m beyond grateful for the service he provided. He was patient, kind and super throughout the entire process. I would’ve been stuck if it weren’t for him haha. I’ll be returning for all my computer needs in the future 😊
Do yourself a favor and take your computer here!! I brought mine in and Antonio was so honest with me that I didn’t need to waste money on a repair. He told me what part I needed, and where to find it. Truly saved me so much time and money getting honest advice from him. He’s not here to rip you off or take advantage!!!
