Phone Rx Smyrna

My phone started dropping calls and telling me it wasn't registered to a network. I did a bunch of troubleshooting on my own and was sure I knew the issue but brought it to Phone Rx for confirmation/repair. The gentleman that helped me was attentive, asked ALL the questions about what had been happening and what I tried already then agreed he thought it was most likely the same conclusion I had come to. He ordered the part and gave me a delivery estimate of 1-2 days. I received a text when my part arrived. It took maybe 15 minutes while I waited for him to replace the broken part. I received a follow up text the next day just asking if everything was still working properly. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service. They have some great unlocked refurbished cell phones in there that I was ready to purchase if my fix did not work. I was never pressured to buy anything else. Phone Rx will be the first place I go when I do need a new phone. If I could give 10 stars I would.
