I had a very good experience with Carpet One. Knowledgeable staff in showroom, great selection, very and I mean very professional installers. Place looked like new when they left. I would certainly be a repeat customer if I ever need more work done.
Very nice store, lots of options of great flooring products. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. Will do business with them again.
My husband and I went to Carpet One and asked if they stretched carpeting and they said they did. However, they didn't get back to us so I called them. The man said he would check the reason out and get back to me. All I wanted was the job done. The first person told me it would cost between 3 and 4 hundred dollars. We didn't care, we wanted it fixed. But they didn't get back to us either! They have a great place but they evidently only do jobs that don't require much work. They could have at least said they didn't have time instead of just ignoring us!
This is a great place if you're looking for any type of flooring. They have so many selections, pet proof flooring, healthy flooring options for kids, and so many different styles. Customer service is great and they explain everything you need to know about installation. I highly recommend coming here
