Man, these folks were awesome, not only did they provide the tile and specialized water proof grout, they also took the time to give us detailed directions and tips to ensure we laid and grouted the tile successfully. This is the personal service worth going out of our way to support! It's well worth the 2.5 hour drive each way!

Needed to do a small job at the entry from our patio. Sales personnel were more than happy to help and spent quite a bit of time with me showing me different options and price ranges. They were not the least bit put off by the 25 sq foot job and the fact that we were budgeting. They offered advice on what the finished product would look like and how border tiles, grout colors etc would affect the overall look. They even offered advice on existing tile in our home and how to clean the grout. Very pleased.

I went into the store and spent a fair amount of time. I took home samples and we came up with what we wanted for our kitchen counter top. We measured and drew up a schematic representation of our kitchen. We went back to order the tiles. 2 weeks later we got a call with an approximate amount for the tiles we wanted. The after another few days we got a call stating they couldn't get half of the tiles we wanted. There were no longer available. WTF, why stock samples of stuff you aren't selling. No offer to see what they could do with similar tiles or anything. I think it was we were going to do the work ourselves. Thanks for the help. You set up back a month.
