What kind of place accepts your expensive equipment for drop-off without providing a receipt? They never reach out to you, and you find yourself constantly calling for updates. After a long wait, I finally received my item back, only to discover it wasn’t even my original drone. Mine was barely used and still looked brand new, while they gave me someone else’s drone. Unfortunately, I’ll probably have to keep this one, as the chances of getting my actual drone back and repaired seem slim. The establishment is dark and dingy, and it’s clear I would never return there again. At this point, I’d rather just throw my drone away.
