I've been going to Wilson for two decades for simple fixes like new batteries for my watches or fixing a broken link in my wrist band but they recently restored my most precious watch that had completely and finally died after 25 years of wearing it every day. They installed a new ""movement" , new crown and a new crystal, brightened and shined the wristband. Presenting it to me, it was like the brand new watch the love of my life presented to me our first Christmas together twenty five years ago. It nearly brought me to tears with the memories I have attached to this watch! Thank you, Andy. It's beautiful and it was work every cent.

Avoid this place at all costs. I brought my watch in to replace the broken glass, and they returned it with the strap completely destroyed. When I complained, the man working there was rude, dismissive, and even blamed me, saying I should take better care of my watch. Unbelievable. I came in for a fix and left with a bigger problem and an argument. I will never return, and I’ll make sure everyone I know stays far away from this place.
