Owner, Joe gave a prompt response to my inquiry, he was able to survey damages and offer his knowledge and services in my house that I’ve been dealing with for 16 years. Replacement of my old sump pump system that failed and repaired damaged wood from water damage that caused a sagging floor. Scheduling was done in a very timely manner, the crew arrived at the scheduled times, were very professional and prepared to fix the problems. It was March 2023 when I realized that the drainage system around my home I purchased in 2021 was doing everything other than moving the water away from foundation. I spoke with my broker and she told me that she had heard of company called Capstone…and she forwarded me the info…I am forever grateful that Joe and Capstone exist! Joe got back to me quickly after my initial call and was so reassuring and help to calm my fears, as I was certain that my next step was being condemned. I was able to send photos and videos of what I was experiencing even before he came out for a site visit. I was SO nervous about price based on what I had heard from friends who had to similar work done by other companies. But once again Joe eased my fears, as he broke my very reasonable estimate up into two phases, the first to mitigate the immediate need to get the water away from my home and the second to assess the interior and get my basement protected properly. The process leading up to the work beginning set the tone for the entire job, as Joe, Mr. Claude and the entire team were professional, timely, courteous and thorough throughout the entire time they were at my home. They even indulged my nosey need to know personality, and happily explained to me what they were doing and why, so that I could sleep easy again the next time it rained. :-) The team kept things tidy the entire time they were on site, and hit the ground running until quitting time each day. They respected my home when they needed to come inside (even putting the toilet seat back down without being asked lol), and clearly take a great deal of pride in their work. This type of work can initially seem quite daunting and is not cheap, but you get more than your money’s worth with Capstone… And at the end of the day there really isn’t a price to put on the safety of your home and/or the health of you and your family.

From start to finish Joe and his staff provided exceptional service for meeting my needs and resolving my basement water issue.
