They return phone calls promptly, make appointments but then don't show up, nor return calls. They will tell you what you want to hear but dont respect customers.

We’ve had one bad, and one awful experience with All Seasons Plumbing. They came three months ago, showed up over an hour late without any notice, and spent twice as long on the service as they said they would, then charged accordingly. One of the services they did was adding a safety switch to our HVAC. The technician didn’t put the cap/brush on top of the pipe, so there was open piping on our HVAC. Three months later (today), the pipe clogged because of the large opening in it. I contacted the company to get a price quote to install a tray under my AC unit. The unit is old but works fine. Instead, the technician recommended to replace the unit. He took notes and said they will provide me a price quote. I was charged $150 for a 30 minute assessment. Yet, more than a week later, I have not received any price quote even after calling to follow up with them. I feel like I've been ripped off.
