Jermaine is the best! My son's favorite part of the week is getting to see him and share whatever we baked over the weekend! He is always so kind and just as excited to see us as we are to see him. He even came to celebrate our son's birthday with us over the weekend. If you do any community events, hes definitely the guy to send, kids and families LOVE him in our neighborhood!
Our neighborhood recently switched to CWS and has had a few minor hiccups. K. Lewis is an employee who is the definition of quality customer service. In my case, I opened my front door to see the truck go by my house, the young driver stopped next door for their weekly pick-up. He then walked back to my door and knocked to see if I had missed putting my bin curbside. I admitted that I had let time get away from me. He assured me it wasn't a problem, grabbed my bin, dumped it, placed it back beside my garage and then proceeded to tell me to "have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend" on his way back to the truck. This young man is an asset to the company. Edited 1/27/26: I stand behind my previous review of the young man's performance, this edit is due to the company itself. Since they have taken over with the automated trucks if there is an item that will not fit in the rolling bin they simply leave it and drive away. An 24"x12"x48" cardboard box and a 24"x4"x48" cardboard box which clearly could not fit into a bin. They refuse to get out of the truck to do anything manually. I pay a higher price compared to previous providers for a service which has gotten progressively worse as the county switches out our neighborhood provider and we have no say in the matter.
5-stars for my truck driver, Jermaine! I rushed out of my house with one last bag, and he patiently motioned for me to take my time. He even introduced himself and helpfully let me know it was also recycling day (I'm new to the neighborhood and hadn't realized). When he saw I had three giant boxes to break down, he went above and beyond by helping me fit them into the can. Exceptional customer service!"
Our kids love to watch the garbage truck come by every week. Especially when we are able to go outside and watch and say hi. Jermaine always goes above and beyond and makes sure the kids feel seen and get to honk the horn. He does an amazing job and cares about his work and the kids. Cannot recommend this company enough!
Jermaine is the man and this is what it’s all about. Finding ways to serve our community in creative ways. Not only does he do a great job providing our service but he goes out of his way to make our kids day. When we are home the kids love to go out and see the truck and wave. Getting to hop in the truck and be up high is the high light of their day and they talk about it for days. It’s more than just doing the job or providing the service. It’s serving the community just by brightening a few kids days. We appreciate you Jermaine!
