Palmetto Tile Distributors

Our builder referred us to Palmetto Tile. I'm easily overwhelmed so I wasn't looking forward to picking tile, grout ... However, we were greeted by a smiling Kerry Walker who was a delight! She is an excellent listener, stayed at or below our tile budget, and schlepped heavy LARGE pieces of tile to help us choose floor and wall tile. We haven't installed it yet, but without her and other staff who weighed in, we'd still be there looking at their absolutely beautiful options through next week! Many, many options are in stock/ready to pick up--a win for our tight schedule. Kerry made it easy and FUN!

This place is awesome! The outside is unassuming but they have a lovely showroom with a really wide selection of tiles. We worked with a woman in sales named Catherine and she was really a pleasure to deal with and humored our wild tastes with grace and expertise. The tile we ended up getting was slightly more expensive than what we had looked at in the big box stores and discount tile spots, but we were actually excited about it instead of just finding it acceptable. I highly recommend them for any tile projects, they made the process so pleasant and easy.
