My Mom has been using a Windows 7 laptop. It's a decade past the end of mainstream support. It finally died, just as she was trying to prep her taxes. She found Silicon Solutions through a neighbor. They exceeded expectations!!! They sold her a replacement laptop at a reasonable price. They recovered all the data from the old laptop and moved it over. Then they installed a program that made the new Windows 11 machine mimic Windows 7. In addition, they were able to get her older Quicken software working on the new laptop. All this was done quickly. The peace of mind this gave my mom was priceless. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The person I spoke with (Mikey) listened patiently and said the message was a scam and told me how to deal with it and he stayed on the phone with me while I followed his instructions!
