Tyler came out to our home for a request we put in for a washing machine issue. He called 30 min (allowing for plenty of time to prepare) in advance of his arrival. When he showed up he was attentive and very professional. He got right to work on our issue and was very good at keeping us informed along the way. When he was done he reviewed with us everything he did and what he found. In the end our washing machine is working perfectly and the entire process was seamless.

Paul and Jaden came out and did an excellent job repairing my gas Thermadore cooktop and my Thermidor professional oven. Jaden went the extra mile to adjust the knobs on the cooktop so they were working perfectly. I highly recommend Jaden and Paul and Sloan Appliance!
