Palmetto Bath exhibited professionalism and did amazing work! All of the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The salesman answered every question I had and wasn’t pushy in any way. The installers, Tyler and Jeff, kept me informed throughout the process and did everything to make sure the job was done right. All workers were company employees, not contracted out. They represented Palmetto Bath and did quality work. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel!

Jeff was the epitome of customer service…! He arrived on time, put down drop cloths, demolished the old tub and shower insert, installed the new bathroom and ensured there were no leaks after the install. All of this in one day. I didn’t think that could be accomplished. We have a unique ceiling in the bathroom and we were concerned with the final installation. Jeff was able to make the uneven ceiling disappear. It is completely hidden and the install looks perfect. If you’re still searching for a company to do this work, you can stop looking. This is the company you need and hopefully you get the opportunity to meet Jeff.

First of all, Jeff not only did a great job, he absolutely did an absolutely, incredibly, amazing job on our bathroom. I must say that I would recommend you and him to any of my friends, colleagues, and even family members. In the future, we will always come to you and Jeff for any home improvement services. Thank you again for blessing us with our Beautiful Shower. And you couldn’t have picked a better person to build it than Jeff. The job that was done makes you forget about the cost.
