I recently had a fantastic experience with Mr. Brian’s mobile repair that I can't recommend highly enough! Mr. Brian came Out and diagnosed the issue my aunt was having with her car. She was in need of a new battery. Mr. Brian was exceptionally informative, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The level of service was outstanding, and I genuinely appreciate his expertise and transparency. If you're in need of mobile repairs, this is the place to go! I can’t say thank you enough.

I contacted Brian regarding a pre-purchase-inspection (PPI) on a car I was looking forward to buying, the dealership claimed there were no issues but I wanted to make sure and called Brian last minute, no one was else in the area was willing to come out and take a look but Brian did, once he got there he got right to work, assessed the vehicle carefully and quickly identified components of the vehicle that most would miss, he gave great advice and made sure I was well informed of what kind of vehicle I was buying and the pros and cons of it, as he continued his inspection he identified a major flaw with the vehicle that wasn’t in the car fax report, most would have missed this even after driving, I know I would have, I’m glad he was there to perform the inspection, lord knows how much I would have had to pay out of pocket even after the deal was done, he also gave me really great advice, shared the same love for Jazz, is extremely respectful, priced great on fees. All I can say is that if you’re ever unsure about a car, need a great second opinion, want to figure out what’s wrong with your car, call Brian, you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted Brian about getting the brakes & rotors done on my vehicle. He responded within a few minutes and gave a reasonable estimate in under an hour. Brian does a mobile service, so instead of me having to drop off my vehicle and someone pick me up / wait in a lobby for multiple hours, he comes straight to you. Brian showed up to my office in the morning, and had my car ready in under 2 hours and in time for me to take a lunch break. His service was exceptional. No complaints whatsoever. In addition, he was about 15% more affordable than the local brake shop down the road. Would highly recommend him and will be using him for all future needs on mine and my wife's vehicle. Reading through these reviews, it looks like there are only a 2 reviews that are less than 5 stars and they prove to be pretty unreputable based on the descriptions. I think there is a strong reasoning and value behind his top tier rating.
