They fixed my screen, but I think they might have stolen my stylus. Its been over a year since I've had it fixed, and I can't necessarily prove anything, but im almost convinced I was ripped off. It finally clicked when another smart phone repair shop told me that an aftermarket stylus would work but wouldnt pair properly with my phone. I've had trouble ever since visiting their shop, and theres no way for them to undo what they've done. If you have a Samsung with a stylus, dont even bother visiting this store, and if you have an iPhone, just go to the Apple store. This was our first visit to the store and will be sure to return. Our customer service agent Dave was patient and professionally pleasant. We came in looking for protection for our new upgrade, and purchased a sturdy phone case, screen protector and a wall plug-in. We liked that Dave gave us so many phone case options to choose from, and advised us on which ones were more durable. We enjoyed his lighthearted energy, and his willingness to be patient as we were looking at so many different things to buy in the store. Wireless Geek is hands down the best spot in town! The staff here is absolutely amazing – super friendly, helpful, and they go above and beyond every time.
