We chose Capital Pest for a refinance pest inspection. They were very quick to respond to our online request and the tech was very polite and thorough! What set them apart for us was when we needed to provide an inspection of all outside structures to the lender. They came out within an hour completed the inspection the tech again was very respectful and the second inspection was at no cost! Will definitely call them again as needed!
If you have termite issues, contact Capitol Pest Control. I experienced two termite swarms in a week, so I knew there was definitely an issue. Before contacting Capitol, I reached out to a well known exterminator that inspected the property and found nothing. They also would not offer treatment without a 5 year, $3500 contract. I called Capital Pest Control the next morning. Michael came out to my home, gave it a thorough inspection, located where termites were entering my home and gave me a quote for a fraction of the above price. After accepting the quote, they sent a team to treat my home the same day. Talk about superior value and service… I can vouch for this company and moving forward will use them for preventative maintenance. I am one happy customer!
