Mr Mobile Mechanic

I highly recommend Mr. Mobile Mechanic in Jackson. My Honda Odyssey’s alternator went out while I was working at the fairgrounds, I limped back to the hotel in Pearl. I called him Saturday morning, and he was ready to fix it right away — it would’ve been done that day if the part had been in stock. The regular brick-and-mortar shops said they couldn’t get to it until Wed. He picked the part up from AutoZone as soon as it was available and had me back up and running Sunday. He saved me from two extra nights in a hotel and a towing fee. He's on the ball and costs about the same as a regular shop, minus the wait and tow fee. Highly recommend!

I didn't end up having to use his service because my car ended up starting; but when I reached out Chance was quick to reply, and upfront with a quote for a reasonable price. Even after I got my car back on the road he checked in to make sure I was alright and offer some free advice. 5/5 communication and honest work ethic. I felt obliged to leave a review because of the excellent customer service and experience of this mechanic. Thanks again!

I needed a mobile mechanic because a coolant line broke. I called 4 other places which included the dealership and they either didnt service Jackson or wanted me to try to drive it to their location. I come across Mr. Mobile Mechanic gave them a call and Chance answered. He said he services the Jackson area, so I told him what happened and which coolant hose/line I thought it was. After asking a few questions and requesting some pictures he agreed I was right. He came out same day and even picked up the part I ordered. It took him maybe an hour to complete the work. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and doesnt charge an arm & a leg for the work he does. He will definitely be the person I contacted next time I need some thing done and I encourage andyone else needing a mobile mechanic to give him a call.

Needed to have a battery terminal replaced and while it looked like a simple process, it's a critical part and I didn't feel confident enough to do it myself. So, I reached out to Mr. Mobile Mechanic and he had the terminal replaced within five hours (non-emergency situation). He was great about communicating when he'd arrive, was open and honest about the cost of different terminals, and even offered some diagnostics of another non-critical issue with my car. He came to me, so I didn't have to try and jumpstart my car or have it towed to a service shop. That's big hassle/cost avoided. While it looked like an easy process on YouTube it wound up not being that simple and required the skills of a professional to get the job done because, as we both told each other, it's never as easy as it looks. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.
