Great experience. There was a specific model of range we wanted, and they had it available to review. Tiffany was super helpful with the buying process, explaining everything in detail. We completed the transaction in less than 30 minutes!

This is the only place to purchase appliances. They are expensive things that we rely on. I was particularly devastated when our microwave broke, and needed a new one immediately. Having zero knowledge of details of what materials will make a microwave that will last more than the few years, as ours did. We had a base model microwave that came with our new construction home, that was made to last us just through our warranty period. I did not want to replace it with the same. Andrew spent the time to show me all the differences in the options available, levels of quality, so I could make an educated purchase. This is not the same limited base of knowledge in appliances that you’d receive at a big box store. There happened to be a great high end microwave that was on sale, which helped with my budget. But also I just wanted to buy something that was much better quality, that would not break as soon as the warranty period ended. Anyways, thank you Andrew! And thank you Bray and Scarff! Customer service and knowledge of product are something that is unfortunately so uncommon nowadays, but still very present at this business!

Christian Jensen was a fantastic sales representative! He shared his extensive knowledge of the appliances we were looking to purchase and he offered honest feedback about the pros and cons of each item. He spent an extended amount of time with us, well after the store had already closed (and during not so great weather). He positively influenced our decision to make our purchases with Bray & Scarff instead of the other three companies we were considering. I had an excellent experience working with Andrew Oku at Bray & Scarf. He guided me patiently through selecting the right appliances and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his help with completing my rebate forms—he saved me a tremendous amount of time and hassle. I Visited the Bray & Scarff show room in Bowie, Md. Tuesday evening and was greeted when I entered the store by Andrew. He asked me if he could be of any assistance and I replied, no just wanted to do some browsing around to do some price comparison to Lowe's and Home depot. He stated he get that a lot. He told me that to feel free to browse around however he asked me if he could share a couple of major differences between Bray and scarf and the other two stores that I had mentioned. After he shared the difference, Bray & Scarff became the clear choice. After browsing around , I had many questions for Andrew. I found Andrew to be professional, yet friendly, he was very knowledgeable about the difference Products and answered all my questions to my satisfactory. Andrew WAS NOT pushy. His personality, courtesy, and mannerism played a major role in me deciding to purchase a product from Bray and Scarff. Great salesman with a great personality.
