My husband went to pick up a part for our new dishwasher. He couldn't go to the store until about 15 minutues to close because he doesn't get off of work until 4, and its about a 45 minute drive from his job to the upper Marlboro location. The woman at the front wasn't helpful in the slightest. She was yelling at all the customers that were calling, complaining very loudly that she was going to be there all night, and yelled at my husband for paying cash (because she would have to give him change). This behavior was absolutely inappropriate, and unless we didn't desperately need the part for our dishwasher, he would have returned the product and gotten our money back. I understand that at the end of a workday, we all want to leave, but he (and all the other customers there) should not have been like dirt on that lady's shoe. She obviously should NOT be in customer service, she is very bad at her job. Unless something changes, we will never be supporting this local business again.
