Excellent service! The technician arrived on time, was efficient and highly knowledgeable, and handled the Whirlpool warranty and recall issues for the control board related to my draining problem seamlessly. Since the repair was covered under the Whirlpool recall, we incurred no costs, but I would have gladly paid the diagnostic fees due to the outstanding communication via emails, texts, and calls—everything aligned perfectly. Iam disappointed in dealing with this place, My first experience was 01/08/26 I requested to have my service done afternoon because of my work schedule, they didn’t agree, schedule me another appointment for two weeks later, still waiting. Meanwhile called me this morning for appointment, because I didn’t answer they gave appointments to someone else, my problem with this , I’ve been waiting for weeks for service on a Maytag wash machine that only 3 to 4 months old , that’s I brought from Lowe’s in Parkville. Very upset and disappointed in These two companies.😩😩🤦🤦🤦🤷🤷🤷
We purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher and it was intalled 6/24/25. It stopped working on day 4. This company is contracted with whirlpool so they came out to repair it. They have come out SEVEN times and it still shows the same error signal. The dishwasher is clearly a lemon, but the tech always says this is a new issue and orders a part. Issue is- they are so busy that it takes 2-3 weeks to get here for an appointment. Then, the dishwasher will run for 20 minutes or maybe an hour, and then the SAME error signal appears. So, we have now been without a dishwasher for close to 3 months. Along the way, they ordered a brand new drum. Thing is- old drum is now sitting on our porch and we need to pay $100 to haul it away. In that repair, the tech stripped a screw and we had to wait 3 MORE weeks for them to come back out. During that repair, he broke the glass console. But, he did not TELL us. So the next repair person came out (3 weeks later) and noticed that. ANOTHER part has to be ordered. He says that the dishwasher will work fine, though. He leaves and 2 hours into the cycle- the dishwasher has the same error message.
Please note that I absolutely hate leaving a negative review, but this situation is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I WILL update this review to a 3 star once the dishwasher is either repaired OR replaced.
