Belair Appliance Repair

I called this company because my refrigerator/freezer is not getting cold enough. I did a Google search and found this company and read all these amazing reviews and felt comfortable reaching out. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He had a good idea of what the issue might have been based on my description when I called him. So, when he came out, he was ready to go. Unfortunately, my refrigerator has a closed system and he was not able to make the necessary repair. He informed me that I would have to call the company and have a specialized tech come out. While I was disappointed that he could not help me with this particular repair, I was so pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality, I will absolutely be calling him for a repair necessary on an appliance in my rental property and for all repairs, I might need in the future! Chris is fantastic and it’s my pleasure to support this locally owned small business.

I called Belair Appliance Repair on a Friday evening as my dishwasher had stopped working (could hear water flow/draining, but the water wasn't making it up to the racks/dishes). I left a message, figuring I wouldn't hear back until Monday. But Chris called me back Saturday morning around 11:15. He asked a few questions, and said he'd be in the area on another call, and would come by between 1pm and 3pm. Sure enough, he showed up on the early side of the time window, and after running some tests, was able to diagnose the problem as a stripped motor shaft (meaning the motor ran, but the "propellers" didn't turn or spray water). He had a replacement in his truck, and made the repair. It might have taken a little over an hour all told, and the Dishwasher is good as new. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a short notice weekend call. I'm highly satisfied with the work, professionalism, and cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call/use Belair Appliance Repair again.
