Really poor service and attention to detail. Had an issue with our dishwasher, they ordered part and it took 3 weeks. Came back, installed the part and issue was not resolved again. I called a different company and they came and resolved the issue within 20 min of arriving by pressing a few buttons. Would highly recommend looking at other options before throwing money away with H & M.
Henry really came through for us! Came out the next day, super friendly, communicated clearly, and got our fridge fixed at a fair price—no upselling, no nonsense. If anything else breaks, H&M will be the first call we’ll make.
Henry was available the next day, diagnosed and fixed our Samsung gas range igniter on the spot. Can’t believe he had the correct part on hand, we were expecting it to be at least a week for parts after a diagnosis! He also quickly diagnosed our under sink leak but ultimately didn’t charge extra as it didn't end up being an issue with the dishwasher as we had thought. Punctual and professional, 5 stars - call him today!
