Morgan and Ethan came to give me a quote. They were very professional, polite and explained things well. To my surprise they had an opening that afternoon. Ethan and Luis returned to do the installation. Everything was done by 5:45 pm. They explained what they did and were gone. Was a very painless project on my end and they never complained one bit. I am very pleased and would call them again!

The Rooter Plumbing team recently inspected and replaced our tankless water heater with a new one, and we could not be happier with the results! The managers and technicians were courteous, professional, and very clear in explaining each step of the process. After spending Thanksgiving without hot water, it was such a relief to finally have a fully functioning system again. The team worked efficiently, kept us well informed, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left.
