Phenomenal experience from Bel-Aire Heating and Cooling! Very fast to respond and the technician Tom was very polite, fast, thourough, and professional. Only was charged for what was needed and feel confident I got the service that I paid for!
The young man Don Buentello who serviced my furnace did a great job. He.was extremely thorough took the time to explain what he had done and why he had done it. Don also was very helpful and explained a few things that I could do to help possibly improve and lower my costs.
Tom was very respectful and was able to fix our furnace on the same day. Super quick, did his best to save us money. Did not push any addons. We will definitely use this company for future work.
Don B. did a service check on our furnace Friday, and we were very pleased with his professionalism. He was very polite, cleaned the furnace, explained an issue which he promptly took care of, and wasn't pushy about trying to sell us something we didn't need. Thanks so much, Don!
Update April:
New central air installed when furnace was. Short cycles running every 2 minutes, shutting off. More humid in house than outside with wet feeling. Ongoing troubleshooting by Belair not resolved. I was told it was my fault leaving windows open (no). Electric bill increased 130% during a week. Humid levels up to 78%. Put bucket under condensation flow draining and only getting a 1/2 gallon condensation in a day. This went on April-mid August. I hired outside contractor he resolved issue the condensation draining was installed wrong. He redid entire drainage plumbing from how Belair set it up. Belair also install new thermostat. Issues fixed after 4 month
Update April:
Pest management fixed mouse issues by sealing entry way that Belair failed to seal properly. Belair reimbursed me however my time spent dealing with it couldn’t be replaced.
Update March:
Currently have mice in basement, which is unusual. When they did the installation I noticed the covering to the air conditioning. Condensation pipe was cracked, sliced at the top. When Belair was back fixing things, prior, I had mentioned that and asked them to please fix it because I didn’t want critters getting in there. And I assumed they did. it appears that the installer cut the tubing too short and then inserted a little section rather than replace the whole thing. (See photos). It was confirmed by pest control that is where the mice are going in and it is also confirmed by a video that I have from setting up the security camera to monitor where they were coming in. Belair took zero responsibility yet they did fix the insulation pipe cover by putting a piece of electrical tape over it. They did not replace the damaged and sliced insulation cover.
Update:
Furnace tray on floor under furnace had water laying in it. I called at night to have it checked out because it was newly installed and it scared me if there could be any type of electrical fire, not knowing if the water was coming from inside or going through the inside of the furnace. The technician on call asked me to send him pictures and videos, and that he would get right back with me, I did what he asked he did not get back with me.
When they finally came out to check they gave me no reason why there was other than my dog “bumped into the furnace” .
They added a seal to a pipe. It has not had water since. They said had they come out after hours I would have paid “a lot”.
Update: Bel-Aire is now working with me to solve the damages and disrespect they have done. It should not have taken a month and hearing their excuses they had Christmas party, were gone for holiday, someone had a death in family, short staffed etc. They run a business and should prepare. The star rating will stay the same.

Damage done to property during installation. Had furnace, central air, and humidifier installed for $10,000.00
Cracked step, purple primer plumbing glue stained on gate door and washer, left screws and sharp pieces of metal upstairs and downstairs, Left the basement dirty with insulation, dirt, wire clippings. It took me 2 hours to clean their mess. Now there is water leaking from humidifier install. Still have not put the chimney liner in. I’ve been calling for five days to have this resolved Because the company does not follow up with me, and it still has not been resolved. I highly do not recommend.
On day of installation after I discovered the damage, and the mess, they offered to send the same techs back to clean the mess up and I declined after seeing their carelessness and disrespect, I lost trust. I’ve had to reach out two times since because they don’t get back with me to at least let me know when this will be resolved and it’s still not resolved.
As you can see in one photo, they even left the brand new furnace with dirt on it.
** prior to installation when Ben, the salesman came out he told me “you have such a clean basement and Zero clutter unlike I’ve ever seen before, which will make this easy for the installation techs”.
They certainly have not made this easy for me.
