Benito came to our house to do a a/c and furnace checkup. He was very informative, friendly and professional. He's a great ambassador for Hendricks. Highly recommended. The furnace they installed has lasted 20 years.

Wanted to review quite awhile ago about how very pleased my mother who is 92 as well as all her children on the outstanding workmanship we heard about. Tue. July 1st there were 2 team members that installed heating and cooling system. I believe my Mom said one was Jeremiah. We so appreciate your great compassion, customer service, clean up, just to name a few of this job well done. Our mother is so deserving of your kind of company. We will recommend Hendricks to many with great reviews and word of mouth. Sincere thanks for a job well done.

This was not a good time to have a furnace issue, but mine was acting up and it was -6° outside. So somebody in my neighborhood group on Facebook recommended Hendricks Heating and A/C. They actually offered me an appointment between noon and 2:00 TODAY! Dave showed up at 9:30 while I was still in my nightie! He was very professional, friendly, humorous, and installed a new thermostat and I'm back in business at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend my "new furnace repair company." ❤️💯❤️

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. No pressure, no upselling — just solid information and smart, thoughtful suggestions based on what we needed. We replaced our 30+ year old furnace with a high-efficiency, two-stage unit, and the difference is night and day. The system is quiet, even, and incredibly comfortable. The installation crew was meticulous, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was cleaned up, explained, and dialed in perfectly. I gathered five quotes from local companies before choosing Hendrick’s, and I’m so glad I did — they were the right choice. Highly recommended.
