Everything about working with the folks at GRMetro has been fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and (amazingly) prompt service, excellent communication with everyone involved, patient and thorough explanations (including answers to questions, reviewing options, and educating you on your systems), attention to detail and care for the rest of the house while doing the work, and willing to slow down and do what is necessary to do the job right. We first called on them to replace our dying hot water heater--in our case a somewhat more complicated and inconvenient job than usual. We decided to become "members" for their regular maintenance service and we now have them replacing our dying 25 year old furnace and fixing some other issues as I write this. I highly recommend GRMetro.

GRmetro saved the day and earned a new customer for life! My almost 20 year old furnace was starting to fail. I had three service calls to the other company I'd been using within a two week time frame. I'd been without heat, hundreds of dollars in repairs and it had come to replacement time. The company I'd been using couldn't install a new furnace for 2-3 days! I needed another option...... I could go on and on about my disappointment in the other company. How they treated me after 10+ years as a customer, blah blah, blah..... This is about GRmetro and how they truly delivered what ever customer wants.....a company that excels at what they do, when it really counts, with a customer centric focus. My initial phone call was answered by a real person with great knowledge and confidence in her services and crew. She had every confidence that she could have someone out to assess, quote, and could install within the day! What? A company that actually focuses on solving the problem quickly? Can this be real? Yup!! Had a gentleman arrive at my house to assess and quote the furnace issue/replacement..... with space heaters in hand because he knew I had been without heat overnight ..... within an hour. Wow! Furnace replacement is not an inexpensive commitment, but the price was incredible fair, competitive, and the crew could install later in the afternoon! Shamon arrived a couple hours later, and he got started.......such a pro. This is the guy you want working on your furnace. Incredibly knowledgeable in his trade, confident in what he was doing, and very respectful. His colleague Charlie stopped by to help with the heavy lifting and Shamon finished up the install. He did the install with a waterproof basin, brought everything up to code, installed a new thermostat I had purchased and then gave me a guided tour of everything when he was done. We had an excellent experience with GR Metro! We were looking for a new HVAC provider, and we have definitely found it! Calling to schedule was a great experience— friendly and helpful! Technician David was friendly, capable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer questions. We never felt rushed or pressured. We also received excellent communication from everyone throughout. We will be sticking with GR Metro and feel confident recommending them!!
