The quality of service is second to none, from our initial phone call to the wonderful and helpful office staff and clear communication about any possible schedule changes, to the first impression of the salesperson and technicians who are knowledgeable about the business which makes a large purchase with a large installation process painless. The humidifier has greatly improved our allergies, and skin, even the pets dander has subsided greatly. So we happily and highly recommend having your ducts cleaned and consider adding that humidifier! Our home environment changed in 24 hours and we can breathe easy now. Baxter Installed my new system this week and I can't recommend this company highly enough! Thorough and professional from the the initial quote, where Orval explained all my options, costs and benefits, to the installation where Noah and Bryce were efficient, friendly and respectful of my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. The company even helped with local rebate programs. I'm so happy to be done with an old failing system that I kept patching up year after year. I know I won't have issues for a while but when I do I know who to call. Thanks guys!
