We arrived at Haselhoff Air Solutions(HAS) after having a less than content experience with a leading HVAC business in Ames. The Haselhoff family business was simply the easiest transaction one could ever hope to enjoy when spending ‘dollars’ for our home’s replacement furnace installation. Cass Haselhoff arrived to our home, he efficiently gauged what heating source of furnace was best suited to our needs, then shared quotes for several furnace installing options, this was completed with ease and possessed the felt yesteryear of a true family business trusted-experience. He completed this while still offering us, his potential customer, the shared knowledge of the HAS business professional installation, offering only branded highest quality equipment, at fair competitive prices. I can not stress this enough about HAS, the interaction from that first meeting with Cass to the next with his gentlemen-employees completing the install of our furnace, was simply so pleasurable-it was relaxing! Everything as discussed was respectfully completed to our full satisfaction, and if something was ever unclear, it was pleasurably and freely explained to our understanding. There was an overwhelming awareness that this business was focused to a longterm mind set for dedication to the area community, its recorded success here is by providing the upmost trust and care to its current and future customer base. While it’s obvious, profits must be in place for the success of any business, HAS is clearly concerned in providing caring customer satisfaction—dedication to this is nearly impossible to find anymore.

We were having issues with our Air Conditioning last Friday morning and needed it fixed in order to complete a job that day. I called Haselhoff Air Solutions and they put us next on their list and were there in less than an hour. The Tech was amazing and very personable. He even explained what went wrong and what he had to do to fix it which meant a lot to me because I like to ask a lot of questions. We absolutely appreciated the fast and wonderful service from Chuck and his Crew and will continue to use them in the future.
