Very fast repairs that aren't easy (I used to do them myself; I know how long that tear-down and replacement lasts, and Mike was very calm and organized!). I paid for the part before the service, then Mike worked with my crazy schedule to fit me in, swap out the battery, and 10 minutes later, I'm typing this review on my repaired laptop that I need. He saved me thousands THIS MONTH. Thanks Mike!

Mike is very knowledgeable about computers and technology in general. He setup computers, security cameras, and printers for our organization, and has repaired computers for a number of our members. Quality work at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

Mike fully explained each thing he was doing with my laptop computer and got it working with his own parts and software to find out what needed to be replaced. He charged a great price and will probably talk you through things you may encounter in the future. he even made sure the windows update was complete before sending me on my way to save me data.. He's not out there to nickel and dime you, but actually find the root problem and make sure it doesn't happen again.
