Easiest FIVE STAR review I have ever posted. I was over an hour away from home and was alerted that my key fob was inoperative. I assumed it was the battery and looked for a Batteries Plus on a Sunday afternoon. When I walked in I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a team member who opened my key fob and replaced the batteries. I was relieved to see the alert immediately went away. ALL customers in the store were being tended to by Batteries Plus employees, including a customer in the parking lot who was getting their car battery checked. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!
David was very helpful, personable, kind, and generous. He helped us replace our battery and check our alternator as well as check on the charge of my battery that needed to be replaced. It’s so nice to find a place with exceptional service. Thank you so much.
Guys at the store were very knowledgeable, quick and prompt to know exactly what I needed. I was going to try and charge my RV battery, but the initial visit to store was go great, I went home grabbed my batteries and immediately went back to store for the purchase. Fast, smooth transaction. Staff was pleasant. Overall got exactly what I needed that no one else in town seemed to have on a Sunday, and a better warranty at an incredible price.
