Gary Yeager
When my original garage door spring broke I had it replaced with a spring of the highest quality. That spring recently broke trapping my cars inside my garage. I called Kooler Garage Doors and although they didn’t make any promises, they were able to get a tech to my home right away and release the tension so I could get my cars out. This enabled me to open and close my garage door manually until they could come back and provide me with a quote for repair. Since my broken spring had lasted so many years, I wanted it replaced with the same quality spring, but rather than sell me their most expensive spring, they said it would be a waste of my money because my old garage door was showing its age and would probably need to be replaced before their least expensive spring wore out – so Kudos to Kooler for looking out for my budget ahead of their own. They said the garage door motor, the chain/belt, and other components looked good, so my least expensive option would be the “good” quality spring that would most likely outlive my garage door. Or I could choose the better quality spring that would most certainly outlive my door, or I could have them replace my aging door with a new garage door and spring. Of the different options they gave me, I chose the top rated spring and a new garage door. After the installation was completed, it was obvious that there had been a misunderstanding. Since none of us were wearing police style body cams, it’s difficult to know who was at fault for the misunderstanding. But without argument, Kooler took full responsibility and immediately agreed to address my concerns at their own considerable expense. So unless you are a totally unreasonable customer you can be confident that that Kooler will go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied with their work.
