I'd definitely give this shop 1 star but there are two gentleman there that serve well. There's one heavier set man that has a terrible attitude, I believe his names Bryan? It seems as if he doesn't want to be there and his attitude proves he's not thrilled to be there. In all honesty, if you're work for the public, you should act like it, otherwise, stay home. I've dealt with him on numerous occasions and it seems like he can't ever lighten up. Half the time I have to make a decision to visit this store, he'll most likely be there acting like he's above all customers. If corporate was to come in for quality check, I think they should look more into the hiring process and most importantly him. I've read the reviews and it seems as if he's the one they're all talking about. Hope to see some changes soon!
I had a great experience at Batteries Plus, Carson City today! I was apprehensive as the key guy at Costco said it would cost $250 to replace my key phob since the battery had died. Something about re-coding it. The two employees were professional, I guess I had apprehension written all over my face; they both were kind looked at the phob and said $11, no bularky! I so appreciated their honesty and the programming doesn't goes away when the battery dies! I would highly recommend the Batteries Plus in Carson City!
Employee at store today was in a foul mood , I was looking for a certain battery and he led me to a very expensive one away from the area with the less expensive ones were and got upset because I didn't like the price of the unit he was pushing. He became extremely rude ...... I left and I drove a up the street and got a unit that fit my budget much better. Personally if it allowed me I wouldn't even give 1 star .
