Last night my wife tried to make baked ziti, and the oven didn’t come on. I called the next morning a little after AV Appliance opened, and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. Told me they would try their best to respond the same day, he just needed to speak to the technician. A few seconds later I get a call from Victor (the technician) saying he will be at my house from 1-3pm. He was here early, diagnosed the problem and with in minutes he was repairing our oven. Victor was a complete gentleman, showing me what went bad, what he was going to do to fix it and finally what to look for the next time. Price was fantastic, work was clean and fast. Thank you so much you saved us from having a headache a few days before Thanksgiving.

Our double ovens were not heating although the fans switched on. I called AV Appliance and they scheduled an appointment and were very punctual. The technician took a look at the issue and decided he needed to order new parts for the ovens and scheduled another appointment to replace the old parts. This was done and the follow-up appointment was efficient and took care of the issue. We are very happy with AV Appliance and their professionalism as well as expertise.

Until our beloved ThinTwin bit the dust after 30+ years, AV Appliance was our go-to guys for the infrequent repairs that came up during 3 decades of constant use. These guys are terrific and I love their new appointment system. They always fixed things and told us what was what over the years. Recently, our almost-30 year old stacked washer/dryer unit was leaking. Through their new system we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Robert, the repair guy was up front and honest about the cost if we went ahead with repairs. It helped us make an educated decision. We did have to buy a new machine but if anything comes up, we will be calling them. AV is reliable and honest. Very much appreciate it! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
