Excellent service! I had water damage on my phone, filed a claim with T-Mobile; I lost (or so I thought) all my pictures. Luckily, I was recommended here by a T-mobile employee. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about this repair. Once a temporary screen was placed, they were able to transfer my data on to my "new" phone. The manager finished up the rest of the repair and was also very helpful. I was so grateful for what seemed a simple fix for them.
