Appliance Warehouse

Tried to call and get an estimate for new appliances for our apartment units. The guy who answered the phone was rude, abrupt and clearly wasn’t interested in helping. When I told him the name of the product I was interested in, he kept asking me ‘what’s model number’ and when I said I wasn’t sure because I was having issues navigating the website, his response was snarky impatience. I was hoping for knowledgeable help. As a new landlord trying to navigate this, I rely on professionals who will treat me with respect, not like I’m an idiot who is wasting their time. It’s unfortunate.

Cameron in the showroom was very helpful and knowledge, and assisted me with my recent refrigerator purchase. Matt (who's been with Appliance Warehouse for eight years) and Billy (who was very courteous) delivered my refrigerator. Matt's experience and skill stood out as he quickly assessed details such as two small pictures should come off the wall, took extra care with my floors that I told him dent easily, how he and Billy would angle the unit to fit through a tight space, made sure the water to my old refrigerator had been turned off, and took the time to shake some snow from his feet even though I had a covering on the rug! Also, before he left, he courteously asked if I had any questions. One of my big reasons for not going to box stores is that contracted delivery is a crap shoot in terms of how it goes. Matt exceeded expectations on all aspects of the delivery being made superbly!

I bought a stove on March 30th and it was delivered April 3rd. Great price, the delivery guys were very courteous and quick! In and out of our home in less than 10 minutes. Highly Highly recommended!
