Bought this zagg screen protector from Verizon in Brunswick, ME, when I first bought the phone brand new. Was told there I'd be able to come in anytime and switch out my screen protector because its lifetime warranty. After going to the store to get a new one I found out that was not the case. I had to go through zagg themselves. After a bunch of running around, trying the website- would have to pay shipping, I finally went to this place and the guy explained everything to me and I paid 12$ to get a new screen protectorput on my phone that day!! Thank you Joseph for all you're help and explaining it all to me.
The first screen protector they replaced just took a minute and when I went back two days later because I dropped my phone again to replace the screensaver again it was only $12. It was quick and easy. Nothing about the experience was frustrating, they fixed my phone Screen protector again I paid and off I went. It’s nice to be in and out.
It’s nice to have the option to get a warranty claim done locally. It is a relatively quick and painless process. I only wish they had more locations. A couple things to note, though. The “warranty” replacement isn’t free, there is a $12 fee to get to done at the kiosk. You can’t just get the screen protector, they have to install it for you. Kind of negates the warranty in my eyes. Also, make sure you register your product so you come up in the system, and also so you can show them the type of protector you have. Both times I’ve gone, they just pulled out a random one and I asked if it was the model I had (a more expensive model) and they went back and got the correct one. So definitely make sure you know which model you have so you don’t get a cheaper model for your warranty replacement, especially since you have to pay for it.
