This was our third visit to this apple store for getting my wife's iphone screen replaced and they has a class on learning how to code with "Swift Playground." It was really cool, my daughter was into it and so was I. The dude was showing us how to use it and even showed me a couple of cool things on my iphone 17 as well. It was one of the coolest experiences I had in an Apple store in a long time.
Had such a great experience getting my new iPhone and transferring data from my old phone to the new one. The staff at this location were so helpful, competent, and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better data transfer experience!
why was i scheduled a battery service appointment at 5:45pm if they wouldnt have any time to replace the battery? i was told to come back in the morning and i live an hour away, i only came to the mall today for this appointment (it was the only time available online as well). i had the appointment for almost 24 hours and wasnt contacted that they wouldnt have time
i fully almost bought a newer generation because i desperately need my phone for work and was expecting to have it fixed by tonight, but they told me that because my back glass was shattered it has zero trade in value and they were out of all of the 17 pro in every color. thank god she mentioned best buy might have them. best buy absolutely hooked me up and were extremely kind and helpful even though i had no appointment. also best buy actually gives you some trade in value even if the back glass is shattered
so i really learned from today to just go to best buy. it is the same coverage, same price, and honestly better service. apple as a company has really fallen off and i have had multiple bad experiences at this location in the last few years. it is also insane to have so many of your employees just standing around chatting with each other while customers have been waiting for their appointment
Have historically had good experience at this store, but most recent visit was very disappointing. After selecting an iPad to buy with help from a team member, I was told it would take 20 minutes to bring it out from the stock room (for no apparent reason). So I sat down to wait patiently. 30 minutes later - nothing. I asked some other team members what was going on and if they could help. Apparently they did not know and could not help. Eventually after waiting 45 minutes I was able to complete the purchase, with minimal apologies for the wait time and inconvenience. After sharing my views with Apple in a review immediately afterwards, and requesting a response - nothing. While the products are great, the service behind them appears to have slipped. And no one wants to step up and take ownership when problems occur
I’ve always trusted Apple, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went to buy a MacBook Pro and used three payment methods, cash, debit, and credit. My credit card didn’t go through, so I canceled the order. They refunded my cash and said the debit card payment would return to my account in a few days. It’s been over a week, and nothing came back. My bank confirmed Apple took $781, but when I returned to the store, one of the older employees with a brown/blond beard rudely claimed no payment was taken and said both cards were declined, even after I showed proof from my bank. Then he said they “didn’t have the receipt,” so there was nothing they could do, even though they never gave me one in the first place. Now my bank has to dispute it to get my money back. Completely unprofessional and dishonest experience. I’ll never recommend this store to anyone. later found another Google review describing almost the same issue with this same employee (Mr. Kat) rude behavior, lack of help, and refusing to give his name. Clearly, this is a recurring problem that Apple needs to fix
